The Hero Gaol Part 2: The Mysterious Man

Ash's wooden stick flew through the air and landed with a thud across the town square. Gaol had just won his first match ever against Ash. The tension of the match was then broken by the sound of clapping. Gaol and Ash turned their heads to see a man about 26 years old standing nearby applauding their match. He was wearing a cloak and had a mysterious glow about his eyes. He looked like he had been standing there watching the whole match. He slowly came towards them and said "I love your technique there. What is your name?". Gaol usually would not to talk to strangers but he was intrigued by this man and answered "Gaol." "I see" said the man, "son of the legendary Marche, I presume?" "Yes that is I," answered Gaol. The man then gave a little chuckle and said "I should have seen the similarities. Anyways if you like, I could train you to become an actually Knight instead of a boy who swings wooden sticks around?" Faced with the ultimate opportunity, Gaol could not say no but he first had to get his mother's approval. Sensing that this was the case the man said "Go home first and ask your mother for her approval. I have a feeling she will oblige but you should do so none the less. Once you have your approval and wish to find me, look around Titan's Tavern and ask for me." "Okay," answered Gaol, "but is your name?" "My name?" exclaimed the man, "It is one you shall learn to know for I am one of the greatest Knights in the kingdom. I am none other than...Rain."
